Tasty Roasted Pork Belly Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons stevia
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 quart water
- 17 ounces apples cored and cut into wedges
- 2 pounds pork belly scored
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- A drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- In your blender, mix water with apples, lemon juice and stevia and pulse very well.
- Put the pork belly in a steamer tray and steam for 1 hour.
- Transfer pork belly to a baking sheet, rub with a drizzle of oil, season with salt and pepper and pour the apple sauce over it.
- Introduce in the oven at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Slice pork roast, divide between plates and serve with the applesauce on top.
