All you need to do is spread taco meat over cheese, then bake it in the oven for a few minutes until everything is melted together. Lunch Tacos Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1 small avocado pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup favorite taco meat cooked
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- ¼ cup tomatoes chopped
- Cooking spray
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
Instructions
- Spray some cooking oil on lined baking dish.
- Spread cheddar cheese on the baking sheet, introduce in the oven at 400 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes.
- Spread taco meat over cheese and bake for 10 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix avocado with tomatoes, sriracha sauce, salt and pepper and stir.
- Spread this over taco and cheddar layers, leave tacos to cool down a bit, slice using a pizza slicer and serve for lunch.
- Enjoy!
