I have been following the Keto diet for about 4 months now, and I have to say that it’s the best thing I ever did. I’m soo much better at losing weight and keeping it off, and I have so much more energy. I have my meal times in the morning, and about an hour later I have dessert. I found this recipe on Pinterest and thought it was really good. It’s easy to make and it gives you a lot of energy, and I’m really glad I found this recipe.

I’m a die-hard fan of the ketogenic diet. It’s so low in carbohydrates and high in protein. I’m all about it. I love that this recipe is so low in carbs and high in protein. I have full confidence that my family will enjoy this as much as I do.
