Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound haddock
  • 3 teaspoons water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to the taste
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • Cooking spray
  • A pinch of old bay seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Spray a baking dish with some cooking oil.
  • Add lemon juice, water and fish and toss to coat a bit.
  • Add salt, pepper, old bay seasoning and dill weed and toss again.
  • Add mayo and spread well.
  • Introduce in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Divide between plates and serve.
  • Enjoy!
