Tasty Baked Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound haddock
- 3 teaspoons water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- Cooking spray
- A pinch of old bay seasoning
Instructions
- Spray a baking dish with some cooking oil.
- Add lemon juice, water and fish and toss to coat a bit.
- Add salt, pepper, old bay seasoning and dill weed and toss again.
- Add mayo and spread well.
- Introduce in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.
- Divide between plates and serve.
