Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces mushrooms chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to the taste
  • 1 pound pork minced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon basil dried
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 zucchinis chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat up a pan with the oil over medium high heat, add mushrooms, stir and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Add zucchinis, salt and pepper, stir and cook for 4 minutes more.
  • Add pork, garlic powder, basil, more salt and pepper, stir and cook until meat is done.
  • Add mustard, stir, cook for 3 minutes more, divide into bowls and serve.
