I was going to make one of my wife’s favorite dishes – trout and ghee sauce. I have made this dish before, there are some good recipes out there, and I know that I can make the sauce, but I was getting kind of tired of the usual way of making the sauce and wanted to try something different. So I decided to try the new ghee sauce by Ghee, and man was I happy with the result! It was much better than what I than what I did before.

I was trying to come up with a recipe to use the rest of my fish and this one was easy to make and unlike other recipes I have researched it did not require a lot of ingredients. I found this recipe on Pinterest and am very happy with the outcome. It has a great flavor and is a great way to use that leftover fish, it would make a great appetizer or starter.
