Simple And Fast Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 medium pork loin chops
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 tablespoon chives chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix water with Worcestershire sauce, mustard and lemon juice and whisk well.
- Heat up a pan with the ghee over medium heat, add pork chops, season with salt, pepper and lemon pepper, cook them
- for 6 minutes, flip and cook for 6 more minutes.
- Transfer pork chops to a platter and keep them warm for now.
- Heat up the pan again, pour mustard sauce you’ve made and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Pour this over pork, sprinkle chives and serve.
