- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Zest and juice from 1 orange
- A handful parsley chopped
- ½ cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Heat up a pan with the oil over medium high heat, add the fish fillet, season with salt and pepper, cook for 4 minutes on each side, transfer to a plate and keep warm for now.
- Heat up the same pan with the ghee over medium heat, add pecans, stir and toast for 1 minutes.
- Add orange juice and zest, some salt and pepper and chopped parsley, stir, cook for 1 minute and pour over fish fillet.
- Serve right away.
