Ingredients

pork meat
minced
Salt and black pepper to the taste

teaspoon
thyme
dried
½
teaspoon
sage
dried
¼
teaspoon
ginger
dried

tablespoon
cold water

tablespoon
coconut oil
Instructions
Put meat in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix water with salt, pepper, sage, thyme and ginger and whisk well.
Add this to meat and stir very well.
Shape your patties and place them on a working surface.
Heat up a pan with the coconut oil over medium high heat, add patties, fry them for 5 minutes, flip and cook them for 3 minutes more.
Serve them warm.
